Scottish Inn, Niagara Falls

this is worst hotel maintaince that is managed by indian's the rooms are dirty and the bath room has transaperent window which is show for out side people to peep into . I havnt seen that worst hotel in my life. money is not worth to stay there.

The rooms are alittle outdated but very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accomidate us the best they could. The rooms had fridges and microwaves in them. The pool was kept up very nice and is fenced in which is great for small children. The motel is located on a major strip with many resturants and 2 shopping malls are near by. We liked the fact that it wasn't in downtown Niagara Falls but it was still only 5-7 minutes away from the actual falls. It was definatly worth it for the price we paid.

I have travelled all around the world and nowhere was as bad as this place. There was no customer service!! The bath mat was a sheet of paper. The rooms (we had booked 2) were not cleaned or the garbage emptied. The bed sheets were torn. The room smelled of mold, no towel racks, no kleenex, no soaps or shampoos. Beyond a doubt the VERY WORSE HOTEL AND ROOM I have ever experienced. DON'T GO THERE!!! I am trying to find a name of the manager to mail a complaint but so far no one will let me know. If anyone out there has any suggestions for who I can complain to please let me know.

Nothing in place. A refrigerator and microwave which will not work, uncomfortable bed. Even they didnt served bfast as given in their brochure. Dont try it.

I suggest anybody never go to this hotel. The windows were dirty and one of them didn’t’ have lock. The mattresses were terrible: dirty, old and ripped. The pillows were dirty. We were lucky having two pillows for my kids from at home.The microwave was dirty and rusty, and the plate inside of it was missed. The sink was rusty, the bathroom was dirty, and the floor of bathroom was messy. The toilet was broken and moving any time someone tried to set on it. I should have known how the place by the look and smell of the office was.But I paid before to go there making reservation. I submit that one star because the computer doesn't allow my comments without rating it.

the only bad thing that happened during our entire trip was staying at this hotel. right from the stench that fills your nose when you enter a room to the bad breakfast that is served in the morning drives you nuts. we took more than a few rooms and everthing was in the same condition.Not to mention the bad state of just about everything for lack of maintenance. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THIS HOTEL TO SAVE 10 OR 30$. TAKE A BETTER PLACE AND ENJOY NIAGARA. YOU DONT WANT TO FEEL LIKE RUNNING AWAY FROM A DOGHOUSE. I really really really wish I read all the yahoo reviews before I booked online.please dont make a mistake. this place will ruin your stay in a heartbeat.

This is a really bad hotel I haven't experienced before. I reserved it by Orbitz with a sound price. We appreciated the service from Orbitz. When we drived there and wanted to check in. The guy refused us, and said they provided services to people with a kind of membership. So we went to another motel to stay. But, today I found they already charged us more than the fee we reserved from our credit card. It is really ridiculous. I suggest anybody never go to this hotel.

We call ahead several times to clarify the hours of check in and when we got there we could not do it. The guy at the front desk has no customer service skills and had no respect or consideration for us. I should have known how was the place by the look and smell of the office. It almost ruin my trip, it was awful!!

I never thought there is so terrible motel. Nothing is free except the billions of Mosquitoes, I was regreted and want to tell all my friends never try it. Another agency, the website of onetravelsource is the worst either! I reserved online and got confirmation in seconds, but after I called the Scottish before my leaving, they said no reservation at all! I have to overcharged $30 more! I tried to contact the website by online service, nothing!!! I called them by phone, they said the phone number is unrelevent to the website!! All cheaters!

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. I regret having booked my stay there. The service was very poor. The room is too small which doesn’t even have the basic necessity. The room doesn’t have microwave & fridge as displayed in their ad. The swimming pool will be good enough only for birds not humans. The Bed creaks. Never know when it will break. Can someone run a hotel without a heater? It’s not a hotel it’s basically a junkyard. Don’t let this hotel spoil your trip. I would never go back to this hotel.
