Quality Inn Lookout Mountain, Chattanooga

This was the worst stay we have ever had at a comfort inn. The heated pool did not work. We had to go to the sleep-in next door to swim. The continental breakfast was awful; sour gravy, not enough food for all the guests. The management did not seem to care enough that their facilities needed TLC. Yahoo travel needs to take them off of the website. The name of the hotel says Comfort Inn, Lookout Mountain. It's about two miles from the mt. We were led to believe that it was on the mountain which is why we chose it. We will never stay there again.
