Budget Host Inn Emporia, Emporia

This motel is an amazing value. It is a classic style motel ... they even use a real key, not a key card ! I was apprehensive staying alone, but felt very safe and comfortable. The bed was more comfortable than my one at home. The refrigerator and microwave were an extra added plus. It was also extremely clean as well as smelling good, not like motels some times do. The people in the office were very nice also. If I stay overnight in Emporia again, I will be greatly disappointed if Budget Host doesn't have a vacancy.

I first started going here in August, 2009 and travel to Emporia every few weeks. This is my first Budget Host Inn and I am so pleased!! Very clean, tidy, quiet, restful, safe, economical, amenities such as microwaves and fridges. The beds are hands down SUPER comfortable (management stated there are new mattresses) and I sleep very well. Thanks to the Patel family for making my stays in Emporia a real joy ~

During a four state road trip, my wife and I experienced a pretty wide sample of motels, and this was one of the best, in terms of cleanliness and service. The place is well kept up, and everything worked the way it's supposed to. In all the ways that mattered to us, it beat the heck out of the competition, and you can't beat the price. Give it a try, if you're passing through.

I stopped at the Emporia Budget Host Inn at about Midnight and had quick and courteous service. I left the next morning around 9:30am and had no problems with cleanliness, ect.

The location was great, if you wanted out of the way. For me, I was looking for a clean room and a friendly staff. I ended up staying there for a week on business, and if I ever come back, I'll be booking this hotel again!

I've stayed here several times and each time is very pleasant. Even the beer-drinking truckers turn in early, so it's pretty quiet at night. The family that owns it is very friendly and helpful. Nice small family-run place!
