Quality Inn Grenada, Grenada

My wife and I attempted to stay at this hotel last week. The toilet in the first room we were assigned had been used but not flushed. As a matter of fact, the toilet would not flush. When we complained, we were assigned a second room. The door would not latch and lock in this room and the sink was full of filthy water. I demanded the reservation be cancelled and the manager was extremely rude. He told me that he had lots of customer complaints and , "I know how to take care of them." This place is filthy and unsafe. Food is served there; I plan to make a report to the county health department.

If you need anything, Ms. Miranda Bridges is the Front Desk Manager and she will help you as much as possible. Mrs. Shirley Malone is the General Manager and wants to make sure that everyone is happy during the stay here. Located about 1 1/2 miles from I-55. Pets are allowed with a fee, outside pool is nice and water is tested VERY OFTEN by professionals in town. Breakfast is good with gravy and bisquits, fresh locally baked doughnuts, fruit, etc. and there is free coffee and juice all day. Conference room holds about 30 people, but has a bathroom, fridge, extra sink, tv, desk, and they will set up it ever how you need it. Will also shop for you and fill it as needed. Excercise room is small but has nice equipment. No guest laundry though. Brand new pillows and bedding in 2008. Internet connection is wonderful. Very close to resturaunts, across from Wal-Mart. Great place. Also offers variety of discounts. Sometimes, even has promotions!! If you are hosting a reunion, this is a great place to send the family. They can even get ya'll next door or across the hotel from each other, Lol.
