this is the worst, motel i have ever stayed at, the people are so rude its pathetic, we went down for breakfast at 7.25 and they started putting the food up while we were eating and even taking food from our table while we were eating., the rooms are dirty and smell really bad, we asked for a different room and they told us what we paid for is what we got. how fricking rude!! they let kids run up & down the halls disturbing other people and want do nothing about it. i will never stay there again and i would advise anyone not to stay there, they are the most hatfullest people if ever met. this place doesnt even deserve a rating.

Just returned to Cincinnati from a weekend at Smokies Inn with 2 AAU girls basketball teams.We had 12 rooms and I was told by NONE of my parents there were any problems/complaints. My personal room was CLEAN. I was provided extra towels when requested. Staff were more than friendly. There were NO "funny" smells. Breakfast was to be over at 9:00, but when a few of my girls got a late start and asked for breakfast, they were provided for. The pool was open til 11:00pm daily and was clean. Its a shame people are so quick to post when they find themselves unhappy, yet no one bothers to post when things are good! I will definitely book with them again whether I go back for personal reasons or for another team trip!

I stopped here last month after an 800 mile drive from Pennsylvania. I love pigeon forge and knew if I just drive a few more miles in from the exit I'd find a nice $20 hotel but I was SO exhausted & traveling with my 1 year old. RUDE STAFF told me it was $44.95. ROOM WAS DISGUSTING. HANDPRINTS on everything, Food crumbs/dirt dust all around bed & baseboards. THEY DO NOT CHANGE COMFORTERS/PILLOWS. Breakfast was stale cereal and clear coffee.I asked if they had a pool, I was told no, they DO. NEVER OPEN. Upon checkout I told the lady it just wasn't worth my money. She charged me $62.95 (20 more than advertised) and LITERALLY SCREAMED at me , so loud she frightened my baby to tears. When I told her how dirty the room was she said she had no complaints before. I love Indian culture but these poeple were AWFUL and DISGUSTING. NO fridge or microwave either. For $63? STAY AWAY

Must be one of the worst hotels in the smokies. When we arrived we were told we had to pay an extra $8 per person, even tho when we booked we said 4 people in each room. The indoor pool that was one of the reasons we chose this place, WAS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. I didnt realize indoor pools had a season. In the bathroom, there were 2 visible hairs on the wall and ceiling, wonder when they were cleaned properly. Toilet seat was worn and cracked. The whole decor needed upgrading. And the worst part of all was that the owner didnt seem to care about anything apart from getting extra money from us. Never did see any sign of a restaurant at the hotel even tho it advertises one.

Never ... Never ... Never Would we stay at this dump. Ramada Limited Corporate Offices should be ashamed to have these people operate this motel. How in the world They have avoided the health department is amazing. After we returned home and decontaminated ourselves, we contacted the health department and were told we would have to submit a cmplaint IN PERSON. I didn't feel like driving another 400 miles just to file a complaint! I decided just to use this forum. Guess I am not the only one that feels the same as us.

DIRTY ... FILTHY ... DISGUSTING ... WHAT MORE CAN I SAY????? We didn't find bedbugs, but with the dirty bedding, it is possible. This place is filthy !!!

This is the most disgusting motel we have ever stayed in. How do they even get a license to operate? Then try to get a refund after you've seen the filthy rooms. Once you have given them your credit card, believe me, you will be charged ... even if you drive off!!! And the operators of this Ramada Limited can be as offensive of the rooms. They may live like this in their homeland, but this is America!

My wife and I stayed at this motel last weekend and it was a dump. It's smelly, in great need of remodeling and there wasn't any decent customer service available. We told the front desk that our room was filthy and we had to ask to change rooms. The next room was dirty too and we weren't offered any apologies. A big disappointment and waste of money. We can't believe that it's part of the Ramada chain!!!

This place was a complete dump! There was a sickening smell, the bathroom was absolutely filthy (dirty tubs and toilets)...I had to ask to change rooms and went to that room and that bathroom had hair in the sink and tub - disgusting. I had to ask them to have someone come and clean them again and someone came, but it was still nasty. I had to kill a bug in the bathroom. They never apologized once. Also, the room didn't have an iron - it did have an ironing board. You just feel like you need a disinfecting bath and a tetanus shot after leaving there. Staff was unconcerned and unpersonable. SAVE YOUR MONEY and find another affordable place to stay!!! YUCK!!!

The best advice I can give a traveler looking for lodging is just to keep driving past this Ramada Limited. This is the stinkiest, dirtiest motel in many years of traveling.
