Quality Inn and Suites Woodland, Woodland

Convenient location. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Liked that it had a frig, coffee maker and microwave. TV remote and hair dryer did not work, cosmetic issues in the bathroom, small pool.

I would never stay at this hotel again. This place was gross! First of all, there was graffiti on the back of the bathroom door. That really upset me. They should clean this stuff up. Next, there was no batteries in the remote control for the t.v. I had to get up every time to change the t.v. Their towels are thin, old and dingy. If your staying here, bring your own. The hot tub was gross and had pidgeons actually in the water. Gross. Although this place had restaurants close by, that was the only attractive thing about it. The place is a dump!

This is not the type of motel where you stay for a few days' getaway. This is a motel where you stay when you are flying in and out of Sacramento airport. The airport is about seven miles away. There is convenient access to the interstate. It has a free internet terminal for guests in the lobby. The other amenities at the hotel are few. The pool is small and unappealing and I saw no one using it. But the staff is very cooperative, there are food places within walking distance and the location is convenient to the airport. It served our needs when we flew in and out of Sacramento airport.

We were very disappointed. The first of many complaints was that we got a smoking room when on the internet I requested a non-smoking room, the bed was lumpy and vey much in need of replacing, there was a coffee pot but no filters, the clock made a noise almost every hour (and the front desk wouldn't guarantee a wake up call so we needed to leave it pluged in), the toilet ran all night and the linens were very thin. We have stayed at other Comfort Inns but the reputation isn't there for the chain. We will not reccommend this Comfort Inn to anyone nor will we use it again.
