the night clerks were nasty,pillows were cheap flat standard pillows,bed you could feel the springs and hot tub in room had a ring around it.breakfast was all sugar junk only fruit a banana and no juices totally stunk there

I was disappointed that there was no pool--the hot tub kept shutting off and when I called the front desk, their attitude was 'yeah, it does that'...the people upstairs were noisy and the bed was not that comfortable. These may be piffly little things, but I feel that if I am spending good money on a room, then things should WORK. On the upside, the room was clean and there was a microwave and 'fridge. That's always a good thing--also there was a laundry facility, workout room and iron/ironing board and coffee maker in our room. Overall, an okay, clean place to stay overnight, but nothing to write home about
