dark and depressing

The only things I liked about this hotel were the location and the fitness room.
The suite itself was dark and cramped and decorated in a style that can only be described as depressing. There were no suite amenities such as a refrigerator or plates or cutlery, so there was no way to keep food or drinks or eat anything in the suite. The tvs were small, the cable choices minimal, and there was no DVD player. When I asked the desk, I was told that the only 3 rooms with DVD players were "closed". The most ridiculous thing was the huge notice in the tiny bathroom asking guests not to steal the luxury bathrobes. THERE WERE NO BATHROBES. Maybe somebody stole them...
