Ashburn Inn, Lake Park

Checked in on Saturday afternoon for a week and was placed in three different rooms and one had a man laying on the bed, it was funny. Lots of paper mill workers staying at this hotel. All very polite helped me carry in my groceries. Front desk clerks to curse but quitely and make sure you are taken care of asap. Younger hotel staff but are nice.Rooms are a bit small but since we're paying $35 a night after tax for a room with two doble beds it is worth it. Rooms could be cleand better but not dirty. Very small fridge but adequit. Would stay again.

My family(two kids) and I drove 3 hours from home and arrived at the hotel around 6am however we paid for two rooms and our departure date was listed as the next day however the rude employees kicked my family out the same day we checked in so we had to get a room somewhere else and they were not very business like I do not recommend this hotel to no one.

run...do not stay here!!!!! i think someone died in the hotel it was dirty and smelled terrible bugs were everywhere. the sheets had piles on them very very cheap.

This hotel is disgusting!! The bed sheets are dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the staff is rude. The exterior doors are not locked at night so anyone can wander through the hotel. I cannot think of one positive thing to say about this place. Find another hotel!!

The rooms were clean but rather small. The front of property seemed to be well maintained, but the back of the property (were you are supposed to walk dogs) was a disaster!

The hotel was not as clean as I expected. I had a reservation and when I arrived I was told they would have to find me a clean room. This was after 4 p.m. The room was not that clean with dead roaches on the floor. The hotel itself is nice just not well run or clean enough.
