great place to stay

We stayed at the Comfort Inn North while atending a high school reunion. The room was clean & roomy, the upper rooms are easily accessible via an elevator, the staff couldn't have been nicer, especially the young lady working the evening shift & the rates were great. We don't eat breakfast, however the breakfst buffet looked very appealing. The location is also a plus. We certainly would have no problem staying here again, or recommending this motel to our friends!

The hotel was in a good location. That was all it had going for it. The pool & hot tub were cloudy & it was very unkept in the pool area. There were no towels available & no one at the desk to get us some. I woke up the next morning with irritated eyes & ended up with eye infection. The savings on cost ended up costing more after doctor's appointments & medication to clear up the infection. I would not recommend staying here to anyone! I wish I would have spent the extra money to stay at a better known hotel chain. It made us cut our vacation short & was a true let down.

Excellent Value/Staff/Location

We stayed at this hotel over the Easter holiday while visiting my brother in Plainfield. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable; there is a nice amount of room as well. The breakfast had a nice variety of breads/cereals and all the goodies that go along as well as an endless supply of coffee and tea in the lobby. The pool are is clean and tidy. The parking is easily accessible to the entrances. This location is convenient and you can jump on Interstate 57. There is great mall located right across the street! The wireless internet is fast, fast, fast! We will absolutely stay at this hotel every time we visit!
