Had a great room and the view outside was spectacular! The desk made us feel welcome and we talked to them everytime we left the hotel. Only thing i would suggest is booking this at SweetHotelDeals. Net

Really weird late checkout policies

Place was good, but they have really weird check out policies. I have been to a couple other hotels that aren't as crazy about a late checkout, but this place actually charges you extra if you stay for an extra hour. It was my birthday, so it was hard to get out at the exact check out time, so we were charged an extra half day. If you are planning to maybe sleep in, you may want to try a different place, but if that isn't a problem for you, then this place is fine.

The 2 bedroom suite was old and musty. Furniture very worn, The view was blocked by walls of buildings. The parking had gone up since we had booked it on-line. The fee for parking is too expensive and the garage parking is very narrow for cars. The streets were under construction and the front desk was not that helpful --gave us a map but they did not have any suggestions on the streets to take. We were booked for a week but decided to go elsewhere. Lynwood had a very nice Residence Inn and no parking fee!

Great Hotel

Spent my husbands 40th birthday at the Residence Inn. What a great place, the staff were super, the continental breakfast was outstanding, like none other. There is great places to eat all around with lots of transportation. We had a great time! Highly recommended!

Will definitely return!

We visited Seattle in May and are planning on returning to next July. We will definitely plan on staying here. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast help, were outstanding. They were all kind and courteous. Upon checking in, the front desk informed us that we had been upgraded to a lakeside room with a balcony. What a view! The complimentary breakfast was way more than your ordinary continental breakfast. Anything you would want for breakfast was there! The rooms were clean and spacious, and very comfortable. Getting to the down town area was no problem from the hote. The streetcar is just down the block from the front door and usually runs every 15 or so minutes. Ride the streetcar all the way to the end of the line then get off and either walk or catch one of the buses. We would highly recommend this Residence Inn to anyone!

It was our 1st trip to Seattle, and what a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The suite was very comfortable and the aminities were all there. The hotel had a lot of people staying there, but it was still quiet. The free breakfast was also great. I will stay there again on my next visit.

Stay here before you stay anywhere else in the city!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, it is across from many great dining options and from beautiful Lake Union. It is also minutes from downtown and has a shuttle for hotel guests that is complimentary and runs to many tourist destinations in the city. The staff at the hotel is exceptional and provided stellar service. The rooms are suite style and have large decks with views of the lake and kitchens too in every room! I can't say enough great things about my stay, lastly the complimentary breakfast buffet was a plus as well!

This Hotel has generous sized rooms with very nice views. The staff is friendly and professional. Many restaurants within walking distance. This is a good family hotel. Strong recommendation

The Residence Inn by Marriott Downtown Lake Union was awesome. I have used this hotel repeatedly for personal use and with big groups. EXCELLENT HOTEL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

the facility, the service and the breakfast were exceptional. Conveniently located to down town Seattle. Right on the Lake Union. We were a family of five on vacation and definitely we will stay there if we return to Seattle.
