Laura Beach Hotel, Paphos

great friendly clean hotel would go back, only problem alittle out of the way but a bus stop right outside the hotel so not really a problemf

I have been to many places but this year I decided to go to Laura Beach in Paphos... Wonderful hotel, clean room, kind staff, amazing garden, breathtaking views...this all made my visit there unforgettable. Another benefit was animation team, who organised so many activities and games..that there was no way to get bored during the day. My only objection is that sometimes I found the smell from the restaurat and the kitchen off-putting...but all in all...I must confess...it was my best holiday ever! the pools were clean the hotel was clean too the entertainment during the day was good for the kids the food was boring it was the same everynight we ended up going out twice for something to eat as we were sick of eating the same could not fault the breakfast food full english and cereal cups of tea were nice to hotel a bit out of the way took about 15 mins in a taxi to the harbour which was very nice lots of shops there to the waterpark was good

BECAUSE ITS BEEN ONE OF THE BEST FAMILY HOTELS IV'E BEEN TO.REGARDING THE TOWELS FOR THE POOL YES YOU DO PAY BUT ITS CALLED A DEPOSIT!YOU CAN HAVE CLEAN TOWELS EVERY DAY JUST TAKE THE DIRTY ONE BACK AND YOU GET A CLEAN ONE AND AT THE END OF YOUR HOL YOU HAND IT BACK AND YOU GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK !AS FOR THE FOOD I'VE BEEN ON ALL INCLUSIVE HOLIDAYS AND TRUST ME THE FOOD IS FAB, IF YOU WANT GORDON RAMSAYS STANDARD GO FOR 5 STAR PLUS!THIS HOTEL IS A BIT OUT OF THE WAY SO IF YOU LIKE A WALK IN THE EVENING YOU WILL NEED TO CATCH A BUS OR TAXI (6 POUND) THIS WILL TAKE YOU PAPHOS HARBOUR LOVELY PLACE TO HAVE A WALK BARS AND RESTAURANTS ARE HERE. THE FREE ICECREAM YOU GET IS AT THE BAR BY THE ROUND POOL AND ITS CHOC ICES.ENTERTANMENT IS WATCHABLE.THERE IS A WATER PARK NEAR, IF YOU BEEN TO AYIA NAPA WATERPARK YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AS IT IS ALOT SMALLER BUT THE KIDS STILL HAVE FUN. TRUST ME IF YOU TEND TO BE OVER FUSSY WITH THINGS YOU ARE BOUND TO FIND FLAWS WITH ANY HOTEL.WHO CARES IF THE FURNITURE LOOKS A LITTLE WORN,ITS NOT LIKE YOU ARE TAKING IT HOME AS LONG AS THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN THATS ALL THAT MATTERS WHICH IT WAS. IF YOU TEND TO BUY INFLATABLES FOR THE KIDS I WOULD BRING SOME OUT WITH YOU IF YOU CAN, THEY ARE EXPENSIVE IN THE HOTEL.

we stayed in the laura in 2005 and would love to go back.great holiday.clean rooms, good food,good staff and management.fantastic pool., and good bus sevice to anywhere on the island. all in all an excelent holiday.

me and my husband got married in paphos in july o7 and stayed in this hotel with 28 guest we all loved this hotel it was very clean the staff was really freindey the pool area was great for children and adults really good entertinment for the kids at night food and drinks was very good i would really recomend this hotel to every one and would love to go back

this was our 4th visit to Cyprus but we went all inclusive this time as it was our 25th wedding anniversary won't do it again. Did get a bottle of bubbly and some fruit. Expect to have a least water in the rooms. Food was repeatative and they ran out of certain fruit and not all the hot water and coffee and soft drinks machines where refilled. expected to have a least waiter service at Dinner instead it was a free for all. we were overun by guests from the Eastern block countries who took over in the bar, pool and dining room. as the hotel was quite away out of town we expected there to be at least a shuttle service from the hotel to town. mind you the local bus was great, only 80cents. We will go back to Cyprus again but will do bed & breakfast.

Everything within easy reach. beach, bars, pools 6. In house hairdressers, beauty treatments (pay extra)very good. 7. Lovely clean pools, great pool bar, sit with drink in the pool overlooking the sea. Did not like 1. Hard bed & pillow 2. Hotel needs updating. 3. Food plentiful but sameish. 4. Queueing for food would expect at 4* to be greeted with tea or coffee pot etc at breakfast then help yourselves. Other guests were sleepy dopey at breakfast time. Need better management 5. Guests who wasted food through greed. Needs more management. All in all enjoyed the fab sunshine, hotel was good but rated average 3*

i did not like the hotel i have 3 kids and they hated it. You had to pay for the towels and the air-con was not working it was horrible and the food didnt taste that great as well as the kids menu being chips and pizza, chicken nugets, bugers and wet pasta whitch had no flavour. i didnt like this hotel one bit so if your looking for a hotel go somewhere else in cyprus because this hotel would not be my choice but the staff was great thats the only good thing about this hotel. But if you are going to stay at the hotel i think you should eat out for dinner and lunch and breackfast thats what i had to do. Also the pillows were as hard as wood i got a neck ack. so over all i say do not go to laura beach resort.

everything there was nice the food ,the drinks :) ,the staff ,especially the staff ,we got to know each other and the staff was great the animation team and everything ,there is always something you can do ,special thanks to everybody silvia ,chis,magda ,hubart,martin ,milos,alex ..... everyone :-*
