Regency Inn, Fern Park

Oh my God!!!!! My vacation was ruined too. Just got back to Virginia covered in bedbug bites. I thought it would be okay because of the location. The room was hot and dark. The towels and washclothes were dingy and sheets and just asking to have them replaced, they acted like we would steal them considering I pulled up in a Benz and presented my business card. The bathroom was dirty and unsanitary. I had to put a chair up against the door because the lock was so weak. I went back to complain about all the bite marks and obviously the guy had complaints before me. Hejsut gave me half my money back without question. He just asked what room I stayed in. I've never had this happen before. My daughter and my 2-year-old grandson are covered in bite marks too. I am sitting here in Virginia itching and using rubbing alcohol. I'm reporting these people to the health department and Better Business Bereau asap.

Hotel looks rundown. They offer a low rate on the outside but they are out of those rooms. $50 for a room, $5 tax and $2 for using a credit card. Room is not welcoming. Carpet got the once over by a vacuum with all corners and hard to reach spots dirty. Burn marks are all over. Internet is extremely slow. TV is filthy and the remote is even more filthy. Bathroom is small cheap and has a lot of wear and tear. Oh yeah, caught a guy looking in my car and when I came out he asked me for a cigarette. He had a tatoo of a teardrop under his eye and fake gold teeth. Just saying.

Bed bugs galore. They put matresses out during the day because they think this will run them off. Also the management will price your room on the way you look and what you drive. Will never go back!

This hotel is terrible! I thought it was dirty and one of the nastiest places i have had to visit! My trip to Florida was ruined. People were on balcony all night long,cars in and out....strange people running around. Dont stay here!!
