Worst Experience Ever. Me and my wife were there for the Labor day weekend. On the very fist day, we both were ion their breakfast area. We both took french toast and ate one each. I needed more so i took another slice, just to find out that it was moulded badly, clearly visible in some pieces and spotted moulded dots in other pieces. I couldnt believe, i ate moulded toast. My wife puked. I complained about it to the staff member and he just sai , I am Sorry. and thats it. I complained about it to their corporate office and still waiting for their response. I was not feeling well so we had to end our long weekend on the very first day and had to come back. I want to warn anyone who is concerned about their health - DO NOT EAT THEIR BREAKFAST.

Very pleased with everything, the room was great, customer service was phenomenal !!!! I would definitley stay again in the near future and I would recommend others to check this place out too!!!! : )

every thing was pretty nice exept for the bathrooms. they were kind of old in quality. the bath tubs would not drain right and the water was never hot. also, there was a cigarett stench in the room even if it was non smoking. and they need some one to supervise the pool because on the last day(saturday)of our stay, some people were drinking in it, and the next day there was glass and things in it and beer tops and such. but everything else was very clean and profesional.

I have stayed at this place twice, once in June 2005 and again in June 2007. Both times I picked it because I wanted a relatively inexpensive motel near Grand Rapids. I didn't like it as well the 2nd time around, although I was with wife this time and that changes what you can put up with a bit. The location is decent. The rooms are so-so with some oddities like swooping plaster patterns on the walls in the bathroom. We paid $62.99 AAA rate which is quite inexpensive. We overslept the breakfast so can't comment on that. If you want an inexpensive place to sleep over, this is it. If you want any touch of class, not so much.

I have stayed at the same location for both business and pleasure. My last trip was with my family which includes my two dogs (a peke and lab). Although the policy allows for pets, you are not allowed to leave them in the room unattended. How were my husband and I suppose to go out for dinner if one of us has to stay in the hotel room with the dogs? I appreciate their pet policy and moderate pricing, but not being able to leave them alone for a few hours was asking alot considering most people on vacation do not plan to spend the entire time in their rooms. It should be expected that you may hear some barking in a hotel that allows pets, just as you should expect to hear children being loud in the halls or the room next door since they are allowed in hotels also. Do parents leave their children unattended to in hotels? I am sure they do. Just like them, we told our kids not to open the doors for anyone.

This hotel was great. The service was awesome, clean room, fresh scent, and great location. Try to Grand Rapids Brewery for dinner. Great beer and yummy food! We would definitely return.

The staff at the Baymont Inn & Suites made me feel right at home. The Price was great the room clean and fresh. The breakfast was more than a continental, waffles fresh juices. I will return.

My family which is my husband ,our three daughters ,and our boston terrier, we all had a very good time in your hotel, we loved that our pet was aloud to be in the room with us ,it is so hard to leave her at home. The whole family enjoyed the pool ,and hot tub..very relaxing ..(except the dog ) of course. The service was wonderful, the kids found it very easy to ask them for anything they needed ,towels ,location of snacks,ect.. The location was an easy thirty minutes from our home , this stay was just get a way from the every day coldness of our wonderful winter months . Best of all my husband was accually able to sleep , he is a big,and tall guy ,so the beds are sometimes too short, or just not comfortable ,making him a grump the rest of the stay . Thanks to you comfort all around we all were able to enjoy the entire stay .
