Clean, but need to cross-train staff

Rooms are clean, well maintained - no issues there. Problem is they use same staffer for airport shuttle driving and manning the front desk - even though they have other people behind the desk when main person is gone, that person can't operate the computer for check-in / check-out. Consequently, we waited 20 minutes for a shuttle at the airport, then waited 20 minutes to check out. They upgraded us to a suite to make up for it, and everyone was very nice, so this reflects poorly on management training but not on the employees themselves.
