Atrium Suites Las Vegas Hotel, Las Vegas

My wife and I stayed four days/nights at the Atrium Suites on Paradise Road and we are very pleased with the results. Our room was very comfortable, service in the restaurant was perfect as was room service, the gals at the front desk were extremely helpful and a pleasure to do business with. All in all, we made a lucky choice when we booked at the Atrium Suites.

I had read a lot of reviews about this place and was very skeptical when I got this hotel through HOtwire, but I had a genuinly good experience with the hotel. Probably I didnt have too many expectations from it also, since mine was a short 2 day stay, but I got a great room on the 6th floor with a fantastic view of the strip, got a great rate through hotwire, really clean King suit and nice clean bathrooms. I normally dont expect any more from a hotel than cleanliness. Check in was a breeze and so was chek out. Location of the place is really good, its not exactly on the strip but a couple blocks away, so you dont pay the premium in the price for staying on the strip. There is an albertsons close by (about a mile-2miles away) and the front desk provided me detailed directions to it. Overall had a very pleasent stay, and enjoyed the experience. Would definately visit again.

Acct Id 100212 arr date 7/7/07 dep date 07/08/07. I paid cash for my room and you put $50 on my credit card and were to give it back. To date have not seen it. Can some one check to see why this is taking so long. Please advise. Thanks Maria ~ ~

Having three children with me, the extra space and private bedroom was nice -- but I was not particularly impressed. The hair dryer was hanging off the wall when I came it, the curtains were stained, and there were water stains on the ceilings of both rooms. The bathtub's textured floor was very gray and dirty looking, there was mold around the tile and seal of the tub. There were wilted flowers (2 roses) on the floor of the closet. When I found those, I wondered how well the room had been cleaned from the previous guests. Kind of grossed me out. The hotel was full so I could not move to another room. When I checked out,t he front desk personnel asked how my stay was, and I said there were a slot of things that bothered me, and he said -- "Well, have a nice week. Thanks for staying with us." I was floored.

my husband and i stayed here for three nights for our anniversary and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were not as large as pix showed, but over all very nice and quiet. No noise from other rooms or outside. The staff was very pleasant and accomidating to our needs. We however were very disapointed in the pool area. The pool was very, very cold (heated- hahaha) and the jaccusi was so hot you could not sit in it. The pool also had a lot of bugs, leaves and other items floating in it. They also need to revise the shuttle situation. A shuttle will take you the mile or so to the strip, but you need to find a way back on your own and the taxis are so high you can't afford them unless you win big at the casinos. The dining staff was friendly and out going. Over all we would stay here again, just not wanting to swim.

Let me start with the positives. During a high demand week, we got a good rate ($99) through Hotwire. The polite people at the front desk accommodated our early check in request by moving us to a handicap accessible room. The location was convenient to the airport, convention center, "restaurant row", shopping and other things we needed without ever having to deal with the "strip" traffic and the mobs of people there. Now the negatives. This is a former Crowne Plaza Hotel now passed into independent non-flagged hotel ownership, meaning it WAS once a great facility but it no longer has major chain operating standards and philosophies. Our room, a suite, had only one hard to find wastebasket, it had NO ice bucket, it was dark and dingy, and the air conditioner and bathroom exhaust fan sounded like an airplane was in the room with us -- ( I fly airplanes, and no exaggeration intended). The linens were clean but well past their useful life span. The Wi-Fi Internet connection was NOT free -- it cost $9.95 and the signal quality and speed was atrocious. The swimming pool area was rather nice, but the water was littered with leaves. Three nice flag poles mounted on the building front were all without their flags. Overall this hotel gave the impression of ownership intent on extracting the most profit they can while putting back the least in terms of maintaining, repairing and replacing the grounds, equipment and fixtures. As for us -- glad it was just one night. We won't be back here.

Saeed was not a good listener or manager and the magnitude of mistakes was tremendous. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was not a good experience at all.

PROS: Comfortable bed with nice pillows. CONS: Everything else! I feel sorry for the staff that has to work there everyday. I would be ashamed to admit I worked there under the management (or lack thereof) of Saed. Knowing that attitude reflects leadership, there is a lot lacking at the top of this pyramid. I've had better service for less money. The longest 4 days of my life.

We arranged for a group conference event and this hotel while is a decent location had the WORST customer service ever. Get everything in writing. Even if it's a request for two extra packets of sugar because if you don't put everything in writing on the BEO (Banquet Event Order), you will be charged for it. It doesn't matter how much business you are bringing to them.

I had never had such a (HORRIBLE) experience as I did in this hotel...../ We had a booked a suit over a month in advance. And guess what we got when we arrived after calling and making sure our reservation was confirmed. When we arrive all they tell us is that they gave it away..... Cuz someone decided to stay. It seems like they only have one suit for everyone. They had the nerve to charge us a cancellation fee and only offered to give us a single room with a FUll size bed. And their operations manager a round of Drinks.... I don't think so never again will we stay there again. Next time thinks twice before staying there. I am a person that travels over there every month and I have stayed in so many hotels and never thought this would have happened. Please follow my advice and don't stay there...
