For the money it is probably ok. It is very crowded and hard to check in and hard to eat breakfast. There was no chance of getting on their computer. Their office personal where not very helpful. We had hot water one time in two days and I tried several times. The rest rooms were very small and I am a small person. They should get credit for giving the youth groups on the way to Mexico a good deal and good treatment which I support. Maybe I am just getting too old.

Clean room and good price for El Paso

I hesitantly stayed at this Comfort Inn in El Paso. The other hotels I checked out were very expensive for what they were. Our room was clean and the air conditioning was already on when we got there. Of course, I went over to the AC and turned it down as cold as it went as soon as I walked in. It really cooled the room well. The beds were not as hard as other hotel beds, but were not all that great. They were not uncomfortable and I did manage to sleep well. The bathroom was a little small, but everything worked well and was clean. I was near the pool and there was some kind of loud high school party going on there. I did not notice the noise inside my room. Parking is not great, depending on where your room is. I would stay at this hotel again if I ever want to stay on the east side of El Paso.
 
 
 
 
 
Best hotel experience ever!

I stayed here for five days and each day was equally enjoyable. Being on vacation I spent a lot of time in the room relaxing and doing nothing. The bed was so comfortable it was hard getting leaving the room to do anything. Also, the bathroom was the biggest hotel bathroom I have ever seen. Staff. The staff were incredible. They accomadated or did their best to accomadate anything we needed. The staff asked me how much I was paying a night and after looking at my reservation, realized the internet prices were not reflecting the actual weekend prices...which were lower by the way. They immediately adjusted my rate without even thinking. I have zero complaints about this hotel, the staff, or the location and have nothing but pure praise. Corey USN
