A decent experience.

Unfortunately there was a problem with Hot-Water in the shower, late in the afternoon. After a long day of being in the city, and checking into our room we quickly discovered there wasnt any hot water. After bring the attention to the manager, he apologized for the inconvenience. The manager indicated the pilot had gone out and it would be at least an hour before the water heated up. He offered to allow up the use of another room for showering, which we declined. He then mentioned he would not be able to comp the room, or reduce the room fee, because the room had been paid by Yahoo, and it couldnt be reduced, but a continental breakfast was provided. (I dont believe this was a good trade-off).
