I did not like anything about this hotel I experienced spiders, mildew, water damage walls,a water leak, no breakfast buffet, no pool, slow wi-fi, a borken bathroom door. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever!

When I made reservation was told continental breakfast opened at 7:00 on weekend. There was no continental breakfast it was a restaurant that charged $2.95 for a bowl of oatmeal. Room was not what I would expect from a Holiday inn chain. Not the cleanest place I have ever stayed and was not very sound proof. We were awakened at least once every night from outside noise. I have been told to try Jamison inn or Sleep inn next time I am in the albany area.

Talk about a roach motel

I made a reservation a couple of days before I arrived and when I finally did arrive, my reservation was lost. I reserved another room and when I entered my room, I saw spiders in the bath tub, roaches on the ceiling, flood stained carpets, moldy smell from the A/C unit and received horrible customer service. I paid to sleep at the Holiday Inn because the reviews said 5 STARS.
