Inn By The Falls, Niagara Falls

the best part about this hotel is the Sandstone Grillhouse right behind it!! Stay away from the high priced tourist places and eat here. Cool, quiet, great service and FAbulous food for less than the restaurants in town. We ate there 3 times in 2 days. The ribs were fantastic, and the Brick chicken, our family is still talking about this place!!

We didnt need our car as it is 1 block to Clifton Hill and only slightly farther to the falls. This hotel is quiet and SPOTLESS. The pool and hot tub were great after a day of seeing the sights.Parking is free. We found the breakfast to have plenty of choices. I would reccomend this hotel!

Very nice, clean rooms close to all of the attractions. Plenty of free parking and a good breakfast. Pool was clean but hot tub jets were not working. We would stay again.

We just visited the Falls 8/2-8/5 Thanks to the great reviews we decided to stay here. The picture online looks like a computer image, so I was skeptical. Once we arrived I saw the picture was so true! How have we never seen this place before? The moment we got off the Rainbow Bridge, headed up Victoria, it was right there behind Planet Hollywood. We stayed in a suite with the hot tub, which was exactly what we wanted along with a fridge and a mic. good deal! Then there was a continental breakfast that was unlike any other it had waffles (which were always being filled), bagels, cereal, fruit, juice, and coffee was always available and it was FREE every day!! The customer service was wonderful. To warn you all the pillows are made of feathers, if you're allergic let them know in advance. They are happy to help with everything. Keep up the great service! We will definitely come back!

my family and i came to country inn and suites just weeks after they had opened the doors on the new and beautiful hotel. it was all that we imagined and more-the room was absolutely gorgeous and roomy-and we really enjoyed the pool/spa and complimentary breakfast and parking-that is something that is almost unheard of so close to the tourist attractions!!!! we enjoyed going to the casino early in the morning after breakfast-right across the street-and the night life on clifton hill with the kids was great-they felt like they were in a kid's version of las vegas!!! everything they wanted-totally great, will definitely come again!!!

Pros: Location, price, quality of service, room, free breakfast, free internet (wireless, wired and computer terminal), free parking, great restaurant next door (Sandstone Grillhouse). Cookies and coffee in the lobby, warma and welcoming decor, Excellent value! Cons: None that I can think of, but I'll be going back with a sharper eye -- just in case!

MY FAMILY AND I STAYED THERE FOR A NIGHT JUN 30TH, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, BEDS WERE IN GREAT SHAP,STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND A GREAT COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS TO UR FRIENDS AND WILL GO BACK TO STAY

We originally had reservations with a motel on Lundys Lane because it was cheap, BUT then I read reviews on it. Most reviews talked about what a dump it was so last minute I found Country Inn and Suites had a room available. There prices were the same as most hotels in the area surrounding the falls. In my opinion, they could charge more! The falls were a short walk away and Clifton Hill was one block, very convenient! We got their jacuzzi suite which was immaculate! It was spotless, on the top floor with a beautiful view, and very spacious! There continental breakfast was wonderful including self serve waffles! I loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it! I would definitely stay here again!!

SPENT 2 DAYS THERE 6-24-07 HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND NEW BUT.... WE WENT THERE FOR THE HOT TUB AND POOL,THE POOL WAS COLD NO ONE WOULD GO IN IT. INDOOR. THE HOT TUB JETS DID NOT WORK,AND IT WAS BRAN NEW! I TOLD THE FRONT DESK THEY WERE NICE AND SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT.. THEY RAN OUT OF WAFFLE BATTER FOR THE BREAKFAST. DONT PLAN ON USING THE POOL AREA IF YOU GO!!
