This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. The rooms were horrible not clean at all. I did not sleep in the bed, luckily I brought my own blanket and slept on top of the bed. There was a lot of noise all night long. People yelling and crying and all kinds of banging on doors. The only way i recomend this place is if you are a heavy i mean heavy sleeper and you bring your own sleeping bag.
I stayed at this motel 2 weeks ago, i will not go back! First off when i went in i noticed there was a DIRTY towel hanging behind the bathroom door, second the bathroom light flickered like a strobe light non stop, and 3rd and worst the air conditioner didnt work, it blew out HOT air! I was on the street side and had to sleep with my window open for alittle air, i couldnt sleep due to loud traffic! I went to manager next morning (sunday) Jasi, she said she couldnt do anything for me once i told her all that happened, being a "manager" i found this hard to belive, she said her boss Amrik Sing would be in the next morning at 6 am and he would call me to resolve, i left my home and cell number. Monday came no call..infact the entire week went by and no call from Jasi kaur or Amrik Sing as promised, I called Jasi back finally that friday evening, she had me on hold for 7 min 13 sec..i told her i was unhappy i received no call from anyone the entire week and now wanted my money back for the poor night or a free stay, she refused and said she couldnt do anything and i would have to call guest services, (which is not normal practice) normally the problem is handled where the problem occured, any how, then next morning i called guest relations and told them all that went on, they were shocked to say the least, and will be discussing with area manager, they also sent me out a free nights stay for my trouble..i was thankful for guest relations help, but when i saw motel 6 livermore was not willing to help a guest when a problem comes about, i will never visit that particular motel again! I know many that used to stay there as well and i will pass the word to everyone. They are quick to take your money, but when there is an issue, the manager "jasi kaur" nor the "big boss" "Amrik sing" can help you at all, they dont even know how to make a call back to a guest that had an issue, had the boss atleast called to say he was sorry and atleast listen to my problems and pretend to care it wouldnt have went any further and he wouldnt have lost a faithful regular customer along with so many others. I will never return, and i was very un happy with the poor un caring service i received...i know this is a motel 6 and not a well known good motel, and we can see why, but they should atleast try to take care of there customers, not turn there backs on you when there is a problem. As stated i will not return, nor will anyone i know, and i advise others to think twice before visiting this particular location. I will use my stay at another motel 6 that doesnt have poor management.
I have stayed in many hotels and motels nationwide and these accommodations among the best. The manager, Amrik, and his staff are courteous, helpful and outstanding around the clock in every situation imaginable. The price and value of the rooms are incredible for these economic times and the exceptional location is convenient for any shopping, travel and business needs. This motel deserves a 5-star rating in meeting family and professional desires.
I've spent a few days and nights in This Hotel in different rooms in 2007-2008. All the rooms have been clean, orderly, and obviously newly quilted. For the price it is a great value that you can't beat. There have been police but that made me feel safer, being a lady by myself. Never experienced any excess noise. Actually a neat,pretty Hotel surrounded by trees. Lots of places to eat down the road.
The motel is in a decent location with easy access to the freeway. I felt safe. The room was recently renovated, but did smell a little of cigarette smoke. My only complaint was the rude person behind the counter during check-in. He acted like he could care less if I was there or not, hardly spoke English, and didn't thank me for my visit.
