Don't stay here
By Karen, 01/06/06
Room & facilities not as avertised or promised. Small room -- heat A/C not working other problems. Much better motels at same exit, better locataion. Person at front desk was abrasive, seemed to enjoy annoying guests. Located next to Adult (Porn) store.

Don't even think about staying here
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/06/06
Avoid the Rodeway Inn, Denver CO and stay at a decent motel (like Holiday Inn Express, same exit, we stayed there before -- very nice).. Roadway promised a HotTub, over the phone and at front desk. We checked in, changed into swim suits, went to the hot tub (Karen was followed by scruffy character, hanging out in the hall by our room). The hot was under repair -- empty with parts all over floor). We returned to the room which was about 85 F, even though the heat was off. We changed, went to the front desk and complained. The person at the front desk stated was aware of the hot tub problems, apparently he had lied to us about the HotTub at checkin. He also, stated he was not willing to make any adjustments, (no room change or price adjustment for problems).. We decided to leave, rather than ruin the start of our Colorado trip.. He threatened he had our credit card # and would charge us anyway... I stated he did not have my authorization to do so ... We left and stayed down the road at the Montain Inn (very nice)... Our card was fraudlently charged ... the matter is under dispute, and I am filing complaints with the BBB and State Consumer Protection Offices. Rob P.S. Avoid the Roadway ! ! If you're looking for a decent place just to bed down for the night -- most Motel 6's are far superior .. (much bigger nicer rooms than the Roadway Inn) We wanted to soak in a HotTub after driving all day which we finally got at the Mountain Inn after leaving the Rodeway Inn...
