Great Quality
Village Inn hotel is very clever and unique as it has pioneer village facades above most of the rooms, which as a traveller I found this to be very novel and fun. The room my wife and I stayed in was very quiet and luxurious. The a la carte restaurant served brilliant down to earth 'kiwi' favourites. This was possible the best meal I have had on my trip around New Zealand. The cocktail bar also had a fine selection of New Zealand wines and beer. We also found the staff to be very helpful and informative when we needed directions or when we had to book trips. This hotel was not near the town but this only meant a short walk through the park. I found that this made the Village Inn a very peaceful hotel, as it was not near any busy streets.
Te Anau on the whole is a very beautiful place with much wildlife that can not be found anywhere else in the world. And the scenery is so green and can change from day to day, which is great. I can’t wait to go back and visit Te Anau again sometime and have recommended it as a holiday destination to all of my friends.
