HOTEL STAFF RUDE

ATTITUDE OF STAFF RUDE AND INEFFICIENT. BACK ROOM IN NEED OF REFURBISHMENT! POOL DIRTY AND LIMITED TIME FOR TOWELS PROVIDED. OFTEN POOL BOY NOT AROUND FOR THE SERVICE OUR LUGGAGE MISPLACED ON ARRIVAL AND WHEN COMPLAINED GOT VERY RUDE ATTITUDE.........I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND NOR RETURN. MANY OTHER BEAUTIFUL AND CENTRAL HOTELS IN TAORMINA....SO BE WARY BEFORE CHOOSING THE ARISTON

hard to get to!

The property and the public rooms were fine. Somewaht dated but charming...1950' 1960's all over again! The dining room served good meals. The hotel is located at the top of a steep street; it is difficult to carry stuff up the steep street; anyone older and with some breathing ailments ends up taking a mini bus from city center back to the hotel.

i like the room the food and everything.it is a very good place for our kids. lovely pool area.i love tha gala dinner of ferragosto!!!!
