The Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria, Houston

Houston is such a busy, dramatic, huge place. See and do everything, shopping, eating, sight-seeing. Wow, what a happening city.

My husband & I spent a weekend for our anniversary and found our hometown has the best kept secret in the country! The rooms were luxurious from the comfy towels, beds, and terry robes to the huge banquet buffet for breakfast. It was the most elaborate complimentary breakfast we have ever had in a hotel! Even Vegas and Reno can't compete. Just wish next time we have to take a trip, we could take our Westin with us. It is very near the Intercontinental Airport for visitors. But far from the hub of Houston, downtown and Clear Lake. Need one closer to our great entertainment areas.

Being a student, it's not very often I get a chance to spend money on luxury items but when given the chance to stay at the Westin Hotel - Galleria, I don't pass up the offer. Westin has done major reconstruction due to the new Galleria 4 malland have redone the rooms. With the new HEVENLY beds, showers and room accessories, I actually feel I'm in heaven! I love sleeping in the comfortable beds! So much so, I won't get up! If you reallly want to have a heavenly night, but unsure if you should spend the money, I URGE you do spend the extra cash. It will be worth it. Room service is wonderful and the room views of Westheimer or Richmond St are spectacular! And if you're a shopper, don't pass up visiting the Galleria Mall. Just take the elevators to the mall level and have fun. It's the place to see and to be seen! Who knows what celebrity you'll see in the mall...or even room next to!!

Such a first class hotel in a splindid location and fabalous service can't wait to visit again in my hometown.
