i disike because it is so little but i love the pool .

The first morning we arose and we left our room for approximately 6 hrs.when we returned our room wasn't serviced. No clean towels, no clean bathroom nor were our beds made. We happened to see a maid next door but she never came to our room. We had to call downstairs for clean towels. We went downstairs to inquire about our room and was told the maid service had left for the day and they could provide us clean linen and we had the option to make our own beds but what is the purpose of going on vacation. We will also mail in our customer service survey to make sure this is noted.

Hotel Experience This hotel is the worst experience I ever had – Definitely not a family friendly hotel . It resembles a cheap Mexico Motel with Lousy staff & unpleasant looks of the room & hotel décor. Don’t fall for the Breakfast trap if you are in a hurry – You have one cook serving eggs to 40+ guests waiting in line. If you want to spend a only one Night on a business travel then you can consider this hotel as a last choice .

Read previous reviews on how bad the hotel was and was quite nervous checking in. To our surprise they are in the process of renovating the whole place and are doing a beautiful job. Lobby is beautiful - full breakfast came with our room - great! Our room was recently done over and it was clean and extremely nice. Bathroom was clean - had a sitting room and bedroom - 2 tvs - no problems at all. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

I stayed at this Hotel for a convention and was very displeased. The organization I belong to holds their convention here yearly. The bathrrom fixtures were leaking, the room smelled musty, and windows were filthy. I will not go to this Hotel for another convention. I would also like to add that the staff was not very helpful and kind of rude when my reservations got messed up

The hotel was quiet, the service, OK...but I spent only 3 hours in a room on the couch, sick with the flu, and brought home BUGS. I had to throw away the blanket that I took. It has taken me 2 months and $100 in chemicals to get rid of them in my own house and in the meantime, have infested my sister's house. I would never stay there again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Run very far away!!!!!

Reserved a Suite supposed to have Breakfast included in the rate, when we arrived we were told that the policy changed no free breakfast place was very clean, the furniture was old but in good condition kina retro service was great all smiles will go back when we are in town.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom had mold. The Beds were horrible. I should have slept on the floor. It would have been more comfortable. The sofa in the front room was old and dirty. This was a sofa bed that you could not sit on. They have some nerve to advertise this as a suite!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor, pay the extra price and stay at a clean casino in Atlantic City.

Where do I begin? The front desk was terrible they were rude and were not attentive at all! The rooms smelled of cleaner and clorine! and the beds were not comfertable at all! The sofa bed had springs sticking out of it! everything was outdated! Tv,beds,furniture,carpet,and the bathroom! will never stay there ever again!

I was at a conference 6-11-07 food was awful they left dirty dishes in the hall for the total of 4 days and when I left they were still their. the morning of my arrival as I waited 4 hours for my room the medics and police wheeled a body in a body bag through the lobby past the front desk (Im not kidding). when confronting the owner of some of our problems he did nothing to make it better. Oh and the owners son of questionable background lives in the hotel. I observed him letting his dog deficate in the bushes a paying customer asked him if he needed a bag to clean it up and his repie was that he was the owner and can do what ever he wants. I was to understand from the help who were gracious but had nothing to work with that the small hotel room is not the only small room he frequents.
