Never go back!

Friendly director, nice concierge, nice security guards, but it’s not worth having to wait for 2 hours to have the rooms ready, then get a broken coffee pot and hairdryer, and a dripping faucet!
I had a reservation of three rooms for a total of $307 but when I checked out, they charged me $307 for one room. I showed the manager the confirmation paper but she blamed everything on the registration department, hotels.com. She did not call hotel.com to straighten out the problem as I suggested, she said that there was no room at that price and that was her final word. I got out of the hotel, called hotel.com on my cell-phone and received the confirmation that I was correct. I went back inside to confront with the manager. Only this time, she agreed to talk to the registration dpt. and corrected the problem. It cost me 2 hours to check in and 1hour to check out! I’ve never had such an awful experience with hotels or even motels!
