The best sleep

I loved the location and feel of the suite after a very entertaining night on the town. I am from Chicago and have lived here all my life. It never crossed my mind to spend time at a hotel for no apparent reason. The idea came to me from a man who works at this hotel, but I won't put him on blast right now. I have been to hotels here but never spent the night. This will be a great experience!!

Great Chicago Pick!

Most rooms are larger than average- spacious with classy decor. All marble bathrooms. Lovely terrace overlooking the river. Was formerly the Nikko. Very accommodating staff.

Great

I loved it employees were very kind and helpful with getting around downtown area. Service was unbeatable and overall just loved the being in the hotel for the weekend. Couldn't have asked for a better place, view, or service

Loved it!

We found our room to be immaculate and the view of the river the best. Could have sat and looked out that window all night. The staff was friendly and helpful. yes the parking was about $50, but that is about the going rate in the city hotels. Again, we loved it! Looking forward to our next visit.

Westin River North

If you know the "river north" area, then you will enjoy the location of this hotel. Everything is within walking distance or a very short cab ride. Once your back at the hotel, you will enjoy a comfortable bed to rest in.

great sleeping

I stayed at the Westin for a wedding. Never before had I stayed here. The service was great. The room was beautiful. The bed was an absolute comfort. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Will book more business meetings there.

Most everything was great. My only complaint was that the reception desk personnel did not direct our attendees to the right room. We have learned since where to put posters.

Fun Vacation

It would have been perfect if it had a pool. Service was exceptional. Location fantastic. Easy to get to many family oriented sites, such as the many museums. Very clean, inspite of the remodeling going on during our two day stay.
