RIP OFF - DO NOT STAY HERE

We stayed at the Westin River North in June 2008 and do not recommend this hotel to anyone! The hotel lost air conditioning, refused to relocate us. The hotel later lost all power, the hotel did not try to contact us - we only found out when we called down when we couldn't watch TV. First they told us, they were just having cable problems. Then when we found out from another guest that they lost power, the hotel refused to help us move us to another hotel. To make matters worse they continued to charge full price for the room. $269, for no air conditioning and power on the hottest day of the year in Chicago. What kind of customer service is that?!
