Perfect Spot
By Chingun, 9/27/05
Central LA, Prefect, clean, great service! good to do business + more. The front gate to the hotel room is a great experience. Even though other hotels are more luxurious, this one does it for me!

BEST SLEEP IN YEARS
By SiNiStEr, 9/26/05
The service was great, as soon as we arrived there, they had our room ready, it took less than 5 minutes to check-in. Our room was beautiful, with a nice view from the balcony. The food from room service was really good. They had excellent staff members that would help me in any question I had. What I liked best about this hotel was the bed, we had a King bed that was to die for. It was the most comfortable bed we've slept in. None of the other hotels we've been to can compare to this.

Very upscale but with no history
By AL, 9/24/05
The hotel was very upscale -- more than the typical Hyatt. It also had nice touches -- like shaving cream, cologne and disposable razors in the locker room, new headphones (like those on airplanes) available in the fitness center, more phones in my room than I knew what to do with and all marble everything in the hotel. The location was convenient as the studio I was visitng was just round the corner. Despite the luxury, it didn't have the history and elegance of the Century Plaza just down the street. The Plaza has a more interesting history (Western White House and more "stars", an infinity-type pool, the Westin Heavenly Bed and tall doorways. So while I enjoyed the hotel (at $250+ per night, I'd better ejoy it), I couldn't help myself eyeing the Plaza every time I drove down the street.

Shopping Getaway
By Deborah, 9/16/05
Located down the street from Century City, this is a ideal location to stay for a shopping spree, and end the day with a spa retreat. The hotel's spa is intimate with highly knoweledgeable caring staff. Dining at the hotel, either in your room or the main dining room on the 1st floor, delicious and beautifully presented.
