Service is poor!

Lets start with the hotel. The place is nice. It deserves a 4 star. Indoor pool is nice. The design is a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was also spacious.
The only thing that upset me most is that I booked a double bed, but instead they gave me a king size bed. I went to the front desk and explained my situation. At first, she said it was sold out. And acted like it was the best she can do. After explaining that I booked this a month in advance and that I am not satisfied with this, she went to her manager. The compensation from the manager was a free night the "Next" time I come back. I refuse that because this problem looks like it arise from them trying to sell all the rooms earlier in the day. That same moment, another man came in and ask another rep if there is any room available. The rep smiled and said she has a room (but Im not sure if it is a double bed or not). But after hearing my problem, I saw that rep went in w/ my rep into the manager's room. The other guy did not get his room and I ended up getting an extra rollover bed. But frustration did not let me down, I called Travelocity. Oh man, the person at Travelocity helped me out. He called the manager of the hotel and negotiated a free night stay. That was better than nothing. But I was upset with not getting the room I had reserved. Service is 2 star. So to all reader on this hotel, call them in advance to make sure you are getting the right type of room.
