Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, Garmisch-Partenkirchen

This hotel was wonderful. We ended up staying here as part of a travel package, but it ended up being wonderful. The room is clean and comfortable - nothing fancy. It has an old world feel to it, plus the attached resteraunt has a wonderful breakfast srpead. 4 years later I still think about the wonderful bread rolls I ate here (and the wonderful beer I had there too at night) I marked the score slightly lower for service due to a problem I had with the guy at the counter not understanding my request to have the luggage the airline was delivering later held at the front desk. It was simply a language barrier issue. Otherwise everyone was nice. Location is right downtown. Highly recommended for simply hotel with lots of charm.
