Monteverde Lodge, Monte Verde

I went with a group and we all enjoyed the Monteverde Lodge a lot. The food was delicious and the wait staff attentive. They served family-style, so everyone enjoyed a variety of dishes. The views from the restaurant (and the rooms) are beautiful. Evenings were enjoyed by the fireside in the bar or in the jacuzzi, big enough to fit all of us. We liked the staff, which really did their best to make our stay enjoyable. The guided tours we participated in were excellent, with top-quality guides. We particularly enjoyed spotting Quetzales and a sunset horseback ride.
