BEST WESTERN Inn On The Bay, Owen Sound

We actually plan our vacations around availability at this hotel. Gorgeous views! We love the computer in the front lobby for guests too! Small hot tub pool that is never crowded. Our favorite menu item is the egg, cheese and canadian bacon english muffin, so yummy! Staff is non bothersome and dont come pounding on your door at 8 am to vacum! Very satisfied customers! Word of advice...try checking travelocity.com for cheaper room rates. Enjoy!

I am not pleased with how expensive this little and quite decapitated hotel was. The rooms were small and cold, as was the breakfast. The fitness room is 2 exercise treadmills and thats all. The staff looked rough, and acted unprofessional. I complained to the manager but she didn't solve any of our issues and ignored us. I will not be staying there again!

The room was neat and very clean. The dining room was good, nice patio by the sound as well as a nice view from indoors. The food was not spectacular but good nonetheless. A couple of good restaurants nearby in town. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay there again.

The beds especially the mattresses were terrible. On one, the mattress wouldn't stay on the box spring. Other then that, the hotel was very nice especially the dinning room angled to overlook the bay. Room 126.

Our experience was great, the comfort of the room right down to the smell of the sha,poo and oap. WE will definatley be back. Jamie at the front desk should train other hotels how to work at a front desk
