Once you get past the ordinary outside, you are in for a treat: the rooms are very comfortable,full bathroooms, the staff wonderful (including the cutest dog who greets you in the lobby)courteous, very helpful, and the continental breakfast served in your room delicious and thoughtfully varied. Lots of brochures for every tourist taste, right in the heart of the Village, just off Ste. Catherine's Street, a block and a half from Berri-UQUAM metro. It's a true find!

The location was the best. Staff was more than helpful. Room was ok; in process of renovating. Quiet street close to St. Chatherine, Main Bus Station and underground. Mattresses were comfortable. Breakie was ok. It is a primo location for the price; can practically walk anywhere you want. We would stay again; just don't expect 5 Star. Clean, convenient, friendly what more is there.

This place is in a great location in the Village. Walking distance to all Clubs, restuarants, and shopping. They deliver fresh croissants and coffee right to your room. After a night out with your Homo-life mate this is a great place to shower and rest your head. Merci!!

We received an overview of the city as well as a visitor's map & sightseeing suggestions from the clerk at the front desk during check-in. Breakfast is served at your room until 11am, and the exact time of delivery is left up to each guest. Service was always friendly & prompt, and the food was warm & delicious: baguettes & croissants, coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, and orange juice. The staff was always courteous & friendly, and we are already planning a return trip next year. For the low price we paid for a long weekend's stay, we definitely got our money's worth.

The Hotel was in a great location within walking distance to the Jazz Fest, Art Fest, Old Port, China Town, Latin Quarter and many other things. A main Metro station (UQAM) is two blocks away. The Hotel is old and has a good characther. Quiet with a European feel. It was quite a good deal for the price. Staff is very friendly.
