we stayed here in august rooms were okay breakfast good service fair. they try to book tours with companies thew the hotel if you ask for directions not very helpful. enjoyed our stay would come back

I read all the review on this hotel from 9 different sites I expected 3 stars we received 6 out out of five stars. I called 6wks in advance and booked 2 rooms. they told me that they could not promise that they would be close but upon arrival that they would try to work something out. We arrived at 6pm check-in was at 3pm and there were no problems the staff greeted us kindly and even let us switch rooms to one closer to our other party. We stayed in a suit with our 2 small children(6 and 3) the room was like an apartment!!! the other room we booked was a queen it was huge too!!! We had refrigerators and microwaves in both rooms. The rooms were clean, the beds were so great I wanted to take it home, the breakfast was out of this world!!!! We had eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, 4 kinds of cereal, 2 types of toast, beagles, fruit, milk, apple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, coffee, cappuccino, and more. We visited the laundry room and the price wasn't bad there either $1 for soap, $1.5 to wash and dry. A quest did open the dryer and didn't shut it wasted our time and had to re-dry was the only complaint we had. I did blow a fuse when I pluged in the iron and got burned. Called down stairs and they where at the door before I hung up the phone ( it was a 1 minute conversation)!!!! the fuse was fixed and the iron replaced minor, minor burn fixed and all in 5 minutes. The staff checked back in on us 3 more times. We also visited the hot tub and it was wonderful. We had tornado watches while we stayed and you wouldn't have known it if you didn't watch t.v.. The staff gave us direction s to everywhere and helped us avoid traffic, best places to park, and how to navigate if we got lost. we stayed during the country music marathon, whom my father in law participated in, they were full and yet it was still quiet and clean. My in laws were staying downtown at the Renaissance's and visited us in our hotel and changed reservations to this hotel because it was better than what they were in. Great price, near to local shopping, downtown, gas station, quick food, Walgreen's, dollar store, and more. No one in our party of 7 wanted to leave. we stayed in rooms 268, 255, 218 no bugs, no problems. LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!!! Already booking another stay!

The staff is very friendly and informative. I bought 2 nites and got the third free. It was nice to have a real suite where I could close the door and not hear my kids up all nite. They had a pull-out queen in the living area to sleep on. It does need to be updated a bit, but it was very clean. There is an outdoor pool, a small workout room, and breakfast - which was just a step up from continental. They had eggs, bacon, potatoes, and biscuits and gravy as far as the hot items goes.

The room and hotel was very nice for the price. Stayed two nights and got the third free which was even better. Lightening knocked out the TV so they moved us to a room where the TV worked. Rooms were clean and fresh. Breakfast was average to disappointing. The muffins were overcooked each day we were there, but it was ok for a free breakfast. Desk people were helpful. Easy access from interstate 40 and Briley Parkway. Close to all Opry attractions. Enjoyable stay.

I disliked finding roaches in the bathroom. After informing the manager, we were told that they would spray, end of conversation.Had hard time finding parking do to trucks and trailers taking 2 and 3 parking lanes. We would not recommend this hotel to others.

stayed here for 3 nights in feb. great staff and great hotel I will stay again and would recommend it to anyone.Was surprised at what we got for our money,great value!

My wife and I Tantanisha stayed here before going to the Titans game. the staff is nice and friendly the rooms are huge compared to other hotels around here ,for it's price,The rooms are very CLEAN !!! and they have a lovely hottub .Buffet breakfast, Free wireless internet .it;s close to everything the location is great.we will be back ,and might bring the Kids next time. so come on down and meet the staff it's worth it.

Just got back from 5 day vacation in TN--The hotel was really Great..Better than expected..Breakfast buffet was hot and a nice variety --staff was very helpful and friendly--nice location and felt very safe..really liked the way the room had access to the courtyard and pool..Would definitely stay there again.. Excellent choice and an outstanding price.

The staff was very friendly, let us check in early. The rooms are very large-larger than any other motel we have stayed in. Nice sitting area with fireplace - social hour. Great hot breakfast. Only five minutes from the Oryland Hotel. Price of the rooms were great. Yes, we would stay here again. We had read some of the reviews and almost did not go ahead and make reservations. We were not sorry!!

My husband and I have stayed at a lot of hotels but this was the nicest and cleanest one we have stayed at in a while. There was ceramic in the bathrooms and was clean no mold or anything. When you walked into the room it was clean and smelled clean. The price was right too. We would definatly stay here again when in Nashville.
