Disrespect from new East Indian management
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/2/11
My family rented a room at this establishment for my little sisters birthday, an ongoing tradition at the La Quinta since she was six years old (she turned 15 yesterday) When we arrived we were immediately scorned because "this is a smoke-free hotel". Keep in mind, NO ONE WAS SMOKING!! Not too long after my parents were screamed at, once again, by the same women, (whom I'm assuming was the new owner because no employee in their right mind would ever talk to a customer that way) claimed that my sister and her friends were being rowdy and disrespectful to other people using the pool. At this point the only people in our party who had actually used the pool were my middle aged parents. After this, like any self-respecting person, we left and vowed to never return. If you do not enjoy scrutiny and being blamed for things you NEVER EVEN DID by rude and extremely incompatible staff, I strongly suggest you pick another hotel to give your hard earned money to. The only reason this review was given one star is because no stars at all isn't an option!
