Quality Inn Near Hampton Coliseum, Hampton

Because I make less than 50,000 dollars a year I am unable to stay at your resort. It makes no difference that the room was paid for with my debit card and there were ample funds in my account to pay for the room. Give a poor vacationer want-a-be a break!!

Recently attended a conference at this hotel. The meeting rooms were nice and spacious. Lighting was good and over all the hotel met all our needs. The convention service staff was absolutely wonderful. The were so attentive and helpful. The food was delicious ... not like any "conference food" I've ever had. I would definitely use this property for any meeting or event. The location was wonderful - I didnt get a chance to enjoy the beautful white beaches but hope to return this summer with my family.

I attended a culinary event in January with 2 of my girl friends ... we had a blast. The food was excellent and the service from all their staff was not short of perfect. The location right on the beach could not have been better - we were able to walk out the hotel's back door and were on the beach. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We had breakfast in the restaurant and the food was fantastic. The staff was great. what a fabulous weekend. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back soon.

What a fabulous hotel. We attended the New Year's Eve party and stayed for several days afterwards. The staff was outstanding - attentive and helpful. The food was to die for...both the banquet food at the party as well as in the Milazzo restuarant (Italian YUM). The room had a magnificant view and was clean and well maintained. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Can't wait to return very soon (we're taking the kids next trip - they will LOVE the indoor pool and playground)

The hotel was close to the Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium, Fort Macon and other attractions...The hotel lobby and pool were very nice and clean. The beach access was easy and the beach was clean and uncrowded. It was the room that was a problem. The beds were fine, but the room needs some serious updating. Draperies were torn and stained. The carpet was stained. The balconies are tiny, with no chairs available. The room's lamps had no light bulbs and the light over the shower did not work. The toilet tank kept running. The room refrigerator leaked. Front desk and housekeeping staff were inattentive. For $329.00 per night, we expected better! Next time we visit Atlantic Beach, we'll rent a house or condo.

Bathroom tub clogged up with each shower. Stood in water about 3 inches each day! Did not ever have any hot water,only luke warm. Mold in the tub. Room was never vacuumed on our 4 day stay. View was great. Millazo Resturant was terriable. However the staff was very nice and helpful with any request. I thought Sheraton was a name you could depend on as far as having a nice, clean upscale Hotel. This was very dissapointing.

Hotel is showing its age. Location is great and view was spectacular. Room adequate and bed comfortable, but nothing special. Less than expected for a Sheraton.

We assumed Sheraton meant quality and great service, but were sadly disappointed at this one. The fire alarm went off at 1:30 a.m. due to a defect with their system. When my husband requested a discounted rate due to the inconvenience, we were flatly refused. Also, the front desk staff was sending guests back to their rooms before the "all clear" was given by the fire department. We will certainly look for another place to stay on our next visit to Atlantic City!

What happened to Sheraton quality? Seems to be getting bad. I agree with the other comments about the AC noise. We also had wind whistling through the balcony door. Bed is comfortable. Location is great. Pool is fair. Bathroom is small, old and had very low water pressure. Staff is very friendly though, so that helps. Probably would not stay here again. I'm a gold member with Sheraton but I'm thinking maybe a switch to Hilton would be better. I stayed at a Hilton Gardens off the interstate a couple days ago that was better than this Sheraton and that seems to be the way Sheraton is going. The mandatory $9.95 per day "resort fee" is kind of silly. Why not just build that into the price?

The staff was very friendly but the air conditioning unit was horrible. When the fan kcked on and off it would startle you awake if you were sleeping. Another complaint is the nearly $10 charge to get internet service. Do not eat at the Milazzo restaurant. It is expensive and the food is poor to fair. The staff was very nice but the buffet was terrible. We tried breakfast the next morning and that was just as bad. Try Shooters next door which served a wonderful dinner. Great beach location, pools somewhat small but looked like the kids were all enjoying themselves.
