Edgewater Inn, Biloxi

We arrived and our air was not working so they moved us next door. The ice machine was leaking in the second room from outside into our room and the floor was soaked so they immediately moved us upstairs to the Sundeck Suite (for the same price). They even had the staff move our things.It was beautiful, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, large living area, beautiful view of the beach, fully stocked with everything an expensive would have. The staff is awesome, very friendly and went out of their way to see our stay was pleasant. Will stay there again for sure.

loved it all. the staff the rooms & the motel was great & the staff went way beyond the norm to make this the a prime southern hospitality inn. This is my 1st choice from now on. With the hurrican just 1 year ago they have the place beautiful. Know they have worked hard to get it up and running. It shows.

My husband is in the military and was stationed in Mississippi for 6 months before deploying for Iraq. I went to visit him there and we stayed here. It was a wonderful place. Great location, nice staff, huge hot tub and pool, clean room. I recomend this place for everyone. I hope it survived the hurricane so I can return.

I liked the staff, their flexibility, the good price, the cleanliness and the furniture.

I was very excited to get the sundeck cottage. The lady over the phone said it was wonderful for kids. We would have 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a deck that was ours. (Not true about the deck, everyone used the deck) 2nd My daughter was in bed trying to do to alseep when this huge bug, over 1 inch, starts crawling around on the ceiling. My husband placed it in a cup and took it downstairs to show the lady at the front desk. She said they come in to die. Well we were paying $350 a night we did not want the bugs. She told us that the sundeck cottage was not used very often so they did not keep it as clean. Someone was to suppose to clean it before the guest checked in. (She thought maybe they forgot) Of course we could not get another room because they were sold out. & of course she did not send someone to clean the room. So on my $350 a night room I had to clean so the kids could go to sleep. I looked under beds, took the spider webs down from the corners, and we used the blankets we traveled with on the beds. I asked the front desk lady to put a note attached to our ticket saying the problems that we had. I even gave her a dead bug, over 1 inch long, to show her. We checked out on Sunday with not even we're sorry about the bugs and spider webs in your room.
