Comfort Inn Manistique, Manistique

I had called the day before to make sure whirlpool was working. I was willing to pay $15 extra for the main whirlpool vs. other are hotels. When we arrived we asked and were told whirlpool was working just needed cover removed. When we went to use we were then advised whirlpool was down. That night I asked about a discount too match other hotel prices that did not have a whirlpool and was told they would respond the next day. I was also advised that I could move my stuff to another hotel at that time 8 pm. Next day I had to check again and was told they were going to do nothing. Called to speak to manager/part owner and was advised he would not do anything as I was rude to the desk clerk. I never raised my voice or swore. I could also not get an answer on how I was rude, just that it was the girls told me. Again I was just looking for $10-$15 discount as what I was told was available was not. I was not looking for a free night.
