First time we have ever requested a wake up call, and not received it the next morning! Toilet did not flush properly, ice machine was out of order, and omelette maker was out of order for the continental breakfast. Poor access to second floor rooms. Outdated local restaurant menus. Cigarette burns in bedding in a non-smoking room. And the motel is located, basically, in the middle of a shopping mall, which makes for a less than desirable view (unless you are a fan of shopping centers). All adds up to a less than happy visit. Beware!

We chose this hotel because of its ideal location and the internet pictures looked great...but.....we looked at a couple of rooms when we got there..OMG..there is a 48 hr cancellation notice so we were pretty well stuck there or out our money..the entire place needs updating, the mattresses were beyond terrible, the bedding was very worn and the spreads heavily soiled, the bathrooms were incredibly small,old,unsightly and smelly...the chair in the room had holes in it, the fridge & microwave were also dirty inside and out..the snow and ice weren't removed so we also had to walk through that..all of the rooms only have outside doors, so it didn't feel secure and it was very difficult to get the room warm enough, the outside was in need of painting or a good scrubbing.. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was in another building so we had to walk to that...the breakfast itself was Ok, but not what was one was led to believe it to be after reading the online ad....was a MAJOR dissappointment...got 2hrs of guarded sleep for our money...NEVER will we stay there again..never used the shower..too crummy and the bathroom sink was cracked , could go on, but we think you get the idea
