Bad smell, small room

After traveling for the past 4 years in many brands, this was one of the smallest rooms I have been in. The room had a very strong odor, similar to a carpet deodorant that you sprinkle on the carpet.
 
 
 
 
 
Terrrible Experience

Despite never smoking in my life, the hotel put a $250 charge on my bill for smoking. Very rude staff and GM. There are other hotels for reason, use one of them rather than this one.

Never again!

Mold in the bathroom, dirty carpeting, toilet didn't work. They did change our room due to the toilet. This location had the rudest employees I've ever seen at any hotel. They refused to explain charges on bill and was yelled at by the desk clerks. They locked us out of our room until we paid for something we never ordered. We were not there when this happened. When we questioned it they called the police. Other's in our party had the same experience with this hotel. Worst customer service I've ever experienced!

NO HOT WATER

Was here in June 2005 for a Regional Skating Competition. No hot water and rude check-in person. Spoke to other skaters and they also had no hot water-- 2 days prior. The management did not give any notice about this continuing problem. Manager did not return call. Small rooms. Ran out of coffee and cups at 6:15 am during their continental breakfast. The dining area is beautiful and newly renovated. Nice pool also.
