The beds and bedding are so comfortable! Rooms are large and well stocked. Warm Doubletree cookies are the best cookies you'll ever have. Staff are friendly and professional.

We stayed here a few days ago with our 3 kids ages 4, 3, and 7 months. The suite was huge, with 2 separate rooms and TVs. The bathroom was really spacious with a whirlpool tub that the kids loved. And the tub wasn't just a tub with jets, it was a huge tub large enough for our whole family! The price was great too, very affordable. It is one of the nicest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in, and we've traveled a lot. The service was good and staff was very friendly. It is outside of the downtown area, but it is near an area that has lots of restaurants and shopping. Getting to downtown took only minutes.

Watch out for advanced reservations. They will take your money and no refunds or transfers. Quit frustrating!!! Booked for a wedding that got canceled and we got stuck with the bill.

We just celebrated our 25th anniversary and had a great time. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. We especially loved the tub for two and the room service. The room was beautifully decorated and we were given a free upgrade for no reason. The balcony overlooking the lobby was a unique surprise. We would hightly recommend this hotel.

tile in bath needed fixing and hvac needed cleaning, dirty vents foam air filter was dirty and was not changed till next day after making a point to tell the desk that i had a problem with dust

We spent our 7th aniversary there yesterday and last night we had a blast in the VERY LARGE jacuzzie tub in our room and loved having 2 tv's. We did have one problem with air conditioning (it was comming out at 77 degrees so they switched us to another room.The air was much cooler!! The mgr gave us a comp. breakfast buffet for 2 (at $15.50 per person) it was wonderful. I'll go back next year!!

We spent a Friday evening for our anniversary. It's a wonderful place, all the way. We checked in with their efficient and professional staff. They upgraded us to a large 2 room suite overlooking the courtyard. The suite itself was huge and was very beautiful. We have stayed there before but not in one of the larger suites. I can't say enough good about the hotel. It is a French style hotel and looks as if in New Orleans (used to be named the French Quarter) We love to stay there when in Lexington. The hotel is centrally located to most everything in Lexington (on Richmond Road at New Circle) and is easily accessed by its own traffic light.

Had a complaint about the bill. Manager said they would remove the charges, but never did. Was not worth the money spent. Try the Marriott, much better.

Great hotel with oversized jacuzzi tubs in every suite! The staff was always ready to help and with a smile. We will definitely return to the Sheraton Suites Lexington!

We stayed one night and was given the best room in the hotel. Great on miliary rate as well. I love a hotel that will give a military member a break. This place was as beautiful if not more so as the pictures show. Highly recommend this hotel.
