Travelodge Ft. Lauderdale Beach, Fort Lauderdale

When traveling to Fort Lauderdale, FL, this is the first hotel I check for vacancies. It is always extremely clean and the staff is very courteous. The hot breakfast is great as well. Varieties of dishes like, Waffles, cereal, donuts make their breakfast no ordinary "complimentary breakfast". The room was modern; it was so spacious and so clean. The beds where super comfortable, room had a TV, large bathrooms, a refrigerator and microwave. We knew we had made the best decision. Within walking distance of the hotel there are restaurants, Malls and shops. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. It's nice to see a manager who goes above and beyond to exceed guest expectations. We where very satisfy with our stay. We will certainly be staying here on our next trip to the area.

Breakfast lol Only 1 Waffle maker everyone would fight over * Free Cont. 1 Toaster didn't work & other Cooked 1side of bread * Free Cont. 1 Nasty Syrup bottle you can tell they keep Refilling * Pet Friendly Hotel there was Big Dog POOP all around the property * the dog Poop sat there our whole trip and baked in the sun Gross * People brought their dogs to the Breakfast porch hair flying in food Eww __GOOD THINGS__ $10 per person shuttle to Ft. Laud Airport $32 Taxi Cab to Ft. Laud Airport for 2 people Right Across the street from McDonalds

The rooms are small, barely any lights, the bathroom is tinny, the hair dryer didn't work. there was empty boxes of beer, and water from the previous people. Towels are paper thin, the bed was hard as a rock, I woke up with pain in my back, I think I would have been better off sleeping on the floor. when asked if we could have 2 parking passes, they told us NO, because they have 48 room and only 46 parking spaces. I paid $133 for the room that was not even woth $50. The pictures on there site was probably taken from some other hotel, because it looks nothing like that. Will never again stay here.

When the sun goes down, the hyper-hormonal college students come out to party and they keep at it until sunrise. No kidding. Don't go near this place during spring break unless you are the type who can sleep through anything or unless you have no other choice. On the positive side, the rooms were poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned and the complementary breakfast sucked. Nuff said?

This hotel is at the end of its life cycle. The week I stayed here was Spring Break so I have to cut some slack BUT there was no excuses for the dirty dark rooms, someone else’s hair on the floor in the bathroom, electrical sockets blown out and not fixed, room not vacuumed once in 4 nights, having no control over the spring breakers (not even trying to stop the 3:00 AM parties), rude staff. Should I go on? Do yourself a favor and not go here.
