Great Place to Stay

Hotel is very comfortable, good staff, GM Ron is very accommadating, and the value is definitely there. AM free breakfast is also very good much better then many hotels I stayed at. Sandra and the front desk is also great

Good Value

The hotel was a good value. It is your basic hotel. It's no resort but if all you need is place to sleep for a night or two at a good price, this hotel will be fine. Other than the breakfast bar running out of food a couple of times and cigarette smoke traveling between rooms, I had no complaints.

It was good for a few day stay!

This hotel was very nice. I will definetly come back and stay again. With the airport being right next to it, it sounds bad but it's not really. Once you hear the first couple planes your like "oh there goes another plane" and you don't even pay attention to it hardly. The room I stayed in was kind of old but it was nice. It had the same old hotel scent to it but it was all right. The breakfast area was nice, clean and tidy. Very good food and beverages. Wide variety too. Overall it was a very nice stay (like I said only for a couple of days) but the service, cleanliness, location, and value is all worth it and I will definetly come back.

Best??? Western

If this the best that Best Western has to offer, they need help. Carpet in room dirty, hot tub out of order for months according to front desk, never left enough towels (only two small ones for two adults) Requested additional towels without success. Management was oblivious to details needing attention. I would never ever stay there again. I filed a complaint with Best Western and was assured multiple times the hotel management would call me to discuss......never happened. Finally after much follow up Best Western sent me a $50 card to use at another BW hotel. I gave it away, not going to happen.

Could be nice, but needs a kick in the pants

This place is so close to being nice, but many little things need attention, including weekend hosts attitudes. Hot tub broken,Ice machine broken, vending machine broken, A/C knob broken in room, WiFi sporadic in room. Requested 2 reg coffee rather than 1 reg/1 decaf... didn't happen. The little pack of sugar/stirrer, never replaced. Room was not cleaned one day... the host could have cared less... never offered a fresh towel or coffee, nothing. In the breakfast room, no cream cheese for the bagels, no napkins (had tissues only), no sugar substitute. Requested to buy laundry supplies at the desk; for 2 days didn't have it. With some minor maintenance and management paying some attention to details, it would have been a nice stay. That didn't happen. In my experience, this was very unusual for Best Western.

Service needs improvement

Great location. Was quiet after 11 pm despite location next to runway. However, the service was a bit lacking. They ran out of food for breakfast on our first day - all they had was toast, coffee, and dry cereal (no milk). The truck did deliver supplies for the remaining 2 days of our stay, though, and the remainder of our stay we had a nicely stocked breakfast. Also, the hotel ran out of wash cloths and we did not receive any at all the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay. We were told they only had 1 dryer running and were way behind on the laundry. Also, the room was a little dirty. The printer in the lobby for customer use was not working but the desk clerk kindly printed our boarding passes. Also, they had a sign up in the lobby that the hot tub was not working for part of our stay. The price was great, though, but don't expect consistently good service.

1 week mini vacation

The people were really friendly, went out of their way to see that we enjoyed ourselves. Continental breakfast was good area was kept clean. Current remodeling (Jan 07)will really make this place even better.
