Quality Inn and Suites Marinette, Sunny Isles Beach

The Golden Strand is a wonderful family beach resort. It is on Miamai Beach and the pool is fantastic. The service is more than adequate and the rooms are spacious and clean.

I love this place. I have been coming here for many years now. And I think its awesome, they have icecream, good food, and its very clean!

I would not recommend this resort to anyone. I have been all over the world using my timeshare and the Golden Strand was, by far, the worst experience ever. It's nowhere near Miami like they touted (1 hour drive) and the North Beach area is nothing to write home about. The room we stayed in was damp and full of mold, the cleaning crew came sporadically (every other day) and the entire resort is an eyesore with decor from the 70's and in dire need of a makeover. It's a fight everyday to get parking in the resort itself so 90% of the time you will have to park about four blocks away in a public parking lot - how pathetic is that! It was so bad that my wife and I left after three days and just paid for a hotel which was a vast improvement. So if you're considering spending a vacation at the Golden Strand Resort then all I have to say is BEWARE! They will end up ruining your vacation for you. Just so you know.

i loved it but it wood be better if they had this hotel in south beach miami and even all over the country
