The Hi Country Haus offers moderately priced condominium accommodations in Winter Park, CO, approximately two and a half miles from Winter Park Ski Area. This 300-condo property is located just one block from Main Street, 45 minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park, 12 miles to golfing and 99 miles northwest of Denver International Airport. If your visit coincides with the winter ski season, you'll be able to reach the slopes easily via the free ski shuttle that stops at the complex. On the property, guests will find a recreation facility with a game room, swimming pool, four whirlpools, coin operated laundry facilities near the front desk and a playground in the summer. Towel and linen exchange is available after 4pm at the front desk. Each guest unit's fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals in the comfort and privacy of your own accommodations. Located at the entrance to the complex, Hernando's Pizza Pub offers causal dining. For added convenience, the property offers ample free parking, free local calls, ski rentals on site and meeting rooms. Studio, one bedroom/one bath, two bedroom/two bath and three bedroom/two bath condos are available. Maximum occupancy included in rate is two for the studio (595 Sq. Ft.), four for the one bedroom (700 Sq. Ft), six for the two bedroom (900 Sq. Ft.) and 8 for the three bedroom (1050 Sq. Ft.). The studio is equipped with one queen bed, the one bedroom has a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, the two bedroom has a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, the three bedroom has queen bed in the master, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms will have a varied bedding arrangement of either 1 queen or 2 twins and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Each unit includes a fireplace, VCR, and fully equipped kitchen. Cribs are available for a $10 per night fee.
