Never Stayed, Never Will!

Sadly we didn't have an opportunity to actually stay here, nor will we ever. We were forced to cancel our reservations and called one week prior to do so, only to learn that this particular hotel has a 14 day cancellation policy. Although our reservations were during the Garlic Festival and our room could have been re-booked in 5 minutes, we were told that we still needed to pay for our reservation. "There are no exceptions- sorry." In this day and age, with the economy in the state that it is and with multiple consumer options, it saddens me to know that these people are so detached from their customers. I have one word for them... Karma.
