Main hotel entry (reception) The original port cochere was demolished and construction of the replacement commences Monday 16 January and it is anticipated that this is a 3 ?? 4 week exercise. Work complete by 3pm as above. 44 New rooms are well advanced. The new complex is on 3 levels and the ground level (13 rooms) are close to having painting and bathroom tiling complete. We expect to commence installation of fixed furnishings from approx 20 February and it appears that by mid March we will be rapidly approaching the stage where final internal touches will be on the way. Expected to be completed by 02 April. Contractors generally off site at 3pm.
