Return Business not a Priority

The hotel was nice overall. We were there the first time 3 weeks ago. After traveling for approximately one and one half hours, I discovered that my pillow was not in the car. I immediately called to report it. Knowing that we would be returning in three weeks, I was assured that the pillow would be there upon my return.
This was a very expensive pillow. When I returned, my pillow was not there. I was told that they did not keep things for more than a month, and when I informed them that it was three weeks, the story was changed.
Honesty is extremely important with me and I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.
If cleanliness is all that matters with you, this will work for you.
